Our manufacturing facility is equipped with robust and fully redundant utility infrastructure, ensuring consistent and adequate supplies of gas, electricity, and water to support uninterrupted operations.

Power Generation and Factory Footprint

Shaan Packaging is 100% focused on serving the export garment industry. Our entire production capacity is export-oriented, allowing us to maintain specialized quality control and compliance standards. To guarantee operational resilience, the facility is equipped with substantial independent power resources, including:

  • A dedicated 1000 kVA Substation for high-capacity power distribution.
  • Multiple reliable Generators (100 kVA, 110 kVA, 250 kVA, and 400 kVA) ensuring 100% power backup.
  • Integrated Automatic Voltage Regulators (AVR) and Power Factor Improvement (P.F.I.) systems for stable and efficient power quality.
  • Screw-type Compressors to support specialized machinery and production processes.

Total factory complex encompasses 43,125 sq.ft. with the state-of-the-art Packaging Section utilizing 15,000 sq.ft. of optimized production space.
